FASTING

Fasting is one of the main way to renew your heart and clean up your mind we have been surrounded by different types of energies that really affect the direction of our life in order to get rid of these energies fasting and prayer is necessary but also fasting has got more benefit like helping to remove toxic in the body give you a sense of peace, joy and happiness, cancelling other driving forces like dark force, sex force, bad habit force and so on

Fasting is known since the ancient time for its ability to strengthen the heart and kill all the frustration and negative energies but also it helps to heal the body and mind so that you may be able to feel sense of peace, happiness and joy, people who are fasting are the people who become stable and strong both spiritually and physically

The best way to live and take advantage of fasting power is to choose to fast twice in a week, or 5 days in a month, but also it is very important to set up your life goals and plan so that you can take advantage of the fasting power into doing things which may lead to your objectives, this may lead to the fulfillment of your desire and dreams, since fasting is associated with cancelling of other driving force it can maximize your energy and give you power to escape procrastination,

Yes, anyone can fast and pray to GOD, and everyone need healing in their heart and mind if you go without fasting you may easily loose direction in your life, your focus toward your goals will be too small, you may also lose motivation, excitement and enthusiasms to act out according to your goals

During fast there are things that has to be taken into consideration, here are some of the important things that one must consider if they are going through fasting and praying

Exclude yourself from negative energies

Negative energies including hatred, fear, doubt and pain of the heart you need to get rid of this negative energy stop thinking in a negative manner and always act in positive manner, negative energy could easily destroy your heart and fill you with pain but also grudges are not good for your heart and you must not keep it but let it go, forgive and forget

Reading the word of god

It is important that you go through the word of god read it and think of it as you read the word of god and think of it, it become part of the prayer which draw you closer to god and give you a sense of comfort that whatever it is you're going through there is a god who has created everything and hence this usually will give you hope to continue living your life with peace

Be holy

Holiness is very important as it is a basic foundation of the fasting and praying when you want to fast you should not involve yourself with the evil activities you must remain holly, clean yourself up, help others and teach others about the goodness of God and so you must practice holiness as it is a ways of life

Exclude yourself from the world

It is important that you stop doing things of the world like watching movies, movies will end up bring frustration in your life but also it will reprogram your mind toward the things that you see on the movies like a violence, lies and at the end of the day it will leave you with the deep frustrations so stop watching movies and listen to secular music these things will not make it easy for your heart to repair itself and so it is important that you stay away from televisions.

Meditation

Meditation is also one of the most important thing that has to be considered during fasting, meditation can help calming your thoughts down and give you focus toward your life but also bring clarity, there are different ways to do meditation some people are just stay silence breath in and out but also some people use music because they believe meditation is also about rearranging the brain wave, you can find best relaxation music on YouTube and listen to it while you are in silent. Have mercy on the other

Once you are on fasting it is important to show mercy to others, if you know that some poor person owe you some money you may either choose to reduce their debt or forgive them, help the people who can’t by their own, speak for the weak, teach those who have no knowledge, educate young people about good ways of life, try to make yourself useful by not depending much on other people but by letting them depend on you
