MEDITATION

Meditation is one of the good practice when it comes to calm your stress and anxiety and give you focus toward your life and your goals, meditation is also has been known for healing people with the emotional issues like anger and panic if you set a time to do meditation at least 1 hour in a day it is been said you will escape some of the diseases like hypertension which can give you discomfort in your life but also there are things that need to be considered if one wants to do meditations and here I'm going to mention some of the important things you need before you can start doing your meditation

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO BEFORE MEDITATION?

Taking bath

Before you do some meditation it is important to take a bath, taking a bath help you get rid of all the energies that has been attached to you from different types of people that you have met, taking a bath also help opening up pores in your skin and allow your skin to breath but also it help you cleaning up your aura and hence this will make you feel good during the meditation

Before meal

Meditation is supposed to be done before meal this is because when you do meditation after eating the digestion of the food will interfere with how the energy move in your body and hence it is advice that a person should do meditation before they eat this give a room for the energy to circulate freely throughout your entire body and so balance the energy in the body and make you feel relaxed

Change your clothes

Once you've taken a bath it is important that you change the cloth that you're wearing a clean cloth makes you feel good but also contain no energies because it has been washed, clean cloth will make you feel comfortable and it'll make you feel good during the meditation, it is advised that once you take a bath you change your clothes and then you can continue with your meditation

Comfortable place

Before you do meditation you must find a place that is comfortable where you will not be bothered by anyone sit the posture that you would prefer without focusing on the external but internal a comfortable place will give you a space for you to focus on yourself

HOW TO DO MEDITATION?

Meditation can be done in the various ways and if you ask on different people you can see that everyone have learnt to do meditation on their own ways but here are one of the useful ways that you can use to do meditation

Breath in and out

You can choose to sit in a quiet place and then close your eyes breathing in and out while focusing on your entire body each time you breath you focus on your body starting from the legs, fingers, your belly each part of the body at a time, you can start anywhere you like you can breath in five times on a certain part of your body this allow the blood to circulate through that area and the energy to move and spread around that area

Count number

Some people are just accounting number from one to 100 maybe they concentrate on the number they see the number in their mind so they go one, two, three as they keep breathing once they get a certain higher number then they will feel more relaxed and more at peace

Music

If you go on YouTube, you can find a lot of relaxation music probably music is one of the easiest tool that can help you meditate because sometimes you are meditating and then you hear some noises outside which may distract you but by using music it gives you focus these music are focusing on rearranging your brain waves which can makes you feel good in short period of time and hence you can meditate by using music

WHAT TO AVOID 

The things that must be avoided during meditation for example you should avoid doing meditation after meal since the digestion process will affect the direction of energy in your body but also the digestion will make you feel uncomfortable

The other thing you should avoid doing is to do meditation before taking bath there's a lot of energies that attached in your body, doing meditation with all those energies which some of them are very bad energy and negative, doing meditation with those energy will make you feel even worse and you will never attain the concentration that you require

Doing meditation while lying down is also not good because usually if you lie down and you do meditation you may end up sleeping which is good but it wasn't the purpose of the meditation hence it is necessary to sit in a good posture while doing meditation
