Having stress is probably something that everyone may experience, because of so many activities that we are engaged in we may find that too many thoughts are flowing in our mind and we lose control of our mind, stress has different impacts it could lead to headache, loss of focus toward specific objectives but also stress can even cause someone to speak by themselves which may look strange on the eyes of others, here are the best action plan to remove stress

FAST AND PRAY

I would give fasting and praying as number one way to kill stress, fast and praying just work very efficiency, it kills all the evil thoughts, hatred, grudges, unnecessary thoughts will be blocked, your mind will only leave space for important thoughts only, you may choose to fast for three days and then you can leave the whole week without stress, after fasting you will feel more focused, healed, excited and the appetite for food will be strong

WALKING A LONG DISTANCE

Walking in a very long distance allow your mind to flow freely and as result too many thoughts will be released, if you keep walking for a long distance you may find that after a while you lose control of your mind, one of the best way to find solution for particular idea is to walk for a long distance while thinking of it your mind will allow similar thoughts to come in your mind randomly and so this can be good if you are trying to find ideas about something

MEDITATION

Another best ways to deal with stress is through meditation, meditation is not only about being silent but it is about rearranging the brain waves so that they can move in one direction, so you may choose to sit down breath in and out while focusing your energy toward every part of your body or you may find a nice relaxation music on YouTube  and listen to it with headphones while you’re in silence these music’s help to rearrange your brain waves and after a while your will feel good again and in so much control of your mind.

GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP

It is advised that a person has to sleep for at least 7 to 8 hour a day, getting enough sleep is the key to having health mind, a lot of people do not sleep in peace at night due to evil dreams learn about dreams here, when we wake up from sleep our whole body feel energized, strong and ready to face the day ahead

EXERCISE

One of the best way to manage stress is to set up a time where you can go and do some exercise, at least twice a week or daily if you can, exercise allow your blood to flow throughout your body and help to supply oxygen quickly to all parts of the body including brain this makes a mind to stay sharp and focused toward other activities

AVOID OVERTHINKING

Sometime a person may be thinking about a particular ideas and as result could lead to increase of thoughts randomly, thinking too much is not good unless you are trying to find a solution about something

SET YOUR HEART FREE
