There are two main causes of stroke

a blocked artery (ischemic stroke)

this type of stroke is caused by the temporary disruption of the blood flow in the body, the symptoms for this stroke does not last long, the blockage of the artery cause severely reduced blood flow, Blocked or narrowed blood vessels can be caused by fatty deposits in blood vessels or by blood clots or other debris that moves through the stream of blood.

bursting of a blood vessel (hemorrhagic stroke).

This type of stroke occurs when a blood vessel in the brain leaks or ruptures. The blood vessel bursting can result from many conditions that affect the blood vessels.

How to prevent and control stroke

Avoid obesity, obesity is to be avoided at any cost people who are obese may have greater chance of getting stroke because of the accumulation of the fatty in the blood vessel could lead to the blockage of those vessel which will end up prevent the blood from flowing smoothly

Get involved in exercise, set up aside time to do physical exercise for at least 20 to 30 minutes per day, physical exercise is the best way to allow the blood vessels to stretch and move the blood quickly through it hence any blockage of the blood vessel can easily be removed,

A person may involve in anaerobic exercise like jumping, dancing, running, kick box, riding bicycle, jogging and son on

Doing Yoga practice also is one of the best way to remove chance to get stroke, yoga exercise can include breathing exercise to control the blood flow throughout the body also yoga exercise includes stretching of each parts of the body, this can allow the easy flow of the blood throughout the body

Get involve in vigorous exercise, to some days a person may not have time to do all these exercise but they can engage themselves in the heart pumping activities like digging, walking, sweeping, cleaning the house, painting the house, watering flowers, doing some laundry and so on, these vigorous activities give a person a chance to burn calories in the body and hence reduce the possibility of getting any health complications

Avoid taking alcohol and eating the foods with too much fat like meat, sausage, butter and so on, alcohol is also said to increase excess calories in the body which can then be accumulated in the blood vessels, but also alcohol is the easiest way to get fat because people who consume alcohol can’t get full of it since they go to pee all the time.

Have a best eating habit, avoid food with too much sugar like chocolate, cakes, candy and so these types of food will finally be converted into fat and then stored in the body for the future usage but if the person has the habit of eating most of the time then these stored fats will not be used but will only be increase and after a while a person will get fat and weight more than before

FINAL THOUGHT

It better to Stop smoking, maintaining blood pressure within the normal range and exercising regularly, eating low fat diet and low salt diet can also help minimize chances of getting stroke, whenever you see the symptoms of stroke call the doctor immediately or go to the hospital to seek for help.
