Obesity is the nutritional disorder which can be caused by the accumulation of the excess body fats in the body which result in overweight, obesity can be the result of too much eating of the foods which include carbohydrates and fats and lack of exercise which can enable one to lose extra calories that are produced in the body. Excessive eating of the food, most people who have the habit of over eating have possibility of getting obesity especially eating food which contain carbohydrates and fats, obesity occurs when you take in more calories than you burn

 Lack of exercise or inactivity may lead to the obesity because there is no burning of the excess calories that are accumulated in the body

Eating the food with high amount of energy, excess sugar in take foods like candy, chocolate, cakes and even sweetened drinks, the excessive sugar in the body can be converted into fats and stored in the body

Genetics make up, there are some people’s genes have an impacts on how food is stored in the body, genetics can also play a role on the efficiency of your body to converts food into energy, how your body regulates your appetite and how your body burns calories during exercise.

Obesity can occur at any age, even in young children can also be obese. This can be contributed by genetic factor or bad lifestyle such bad eating habit, lack of exercise or vigorous activities

Not having enough sleep or sleeping too much may lead to the hormonal changes which in term bring more eating appetite that can lead to eating too much which may contribute to weight gain.

Obesity can lead to several health problems which include shortness of breath and snoring, it also increases the chance of the condition like high blood pressure, heart disease such as heart attack and heart failure, stroke, diabetes mellitus, cancers, arthritis and respiratory problems.

Have good eating habit, eating of food that have low fats like butter, fatty meat, chips, margarine and sausage also you should escape carbohydrates foods like rice, escaping the foods which contain too much sugar like chocolate, cakes, candy and sweetened drinks, intake of calories should balance one’s physical exercise, taking in more calories and burn a little is what could easily lead to calories.

The meal should contain more fruits, vegetable and the food with enough fiber. A healthier diet and increased physical activity and behavior changes can help you lose weight
