in our life for example people that we meet, places that we go, things that we

you get a nightmare the first thing I would advise you to do is to take off the cloth your wearing and change the bedsheet
some of the cloth we were has already been used in bad activities before they
reach to us hence when you sleep your spirit fuses with the energies that are
in that cloth and then you will experience what that cloth contain which could
be nightmare, prayer can’t remove these nightmare it will only remove fear in
you but when you sleep on those cloth again you will get another nightmare.
For
good night sleep it is advised to buy the new cloth which have never been used
before or go the tailor and make your own cloth and bed sheet this will enable
you to escape all the bad memories that has been hidden the clothes.
EATING
WITCHCRAFT FOOD
Whenever
you happen to eat something which contain witchcraft there is nothing you can do you will
experience nightmare throughout the night even
if you pray
it won’t work because that food is in you when you have experience the
persisting nightmare and you know you ate somewhere not trustworthy then stay
awake and don’t sleep until the next day because that food will dissolve and
disappear completely in your body.
Some
places that we go to eat are not trustworthy the cooker could put something in
the food for their own unknown agenda and when it happens those content they
put in may manifest themselves in your dreams so make sure the place you go to
eat is safe, clean and trustworthy
SLEEPING
WITHOUT PRAYING
If
you don’t pray
when you sleep it means that you have no extra protection, prayer before sleep is
very important as when you pray evil spirit won’t
get to you because they hate anything associated with prayer.
It
is better to read the word of God before going to bed and welcome God to
protect you from all the evil things that happens at night. When you pray and
welcome God the chances that the evil spirits or demons to get to you is low or
zero this will give you a good night sleep.

Taking
bath
is very important before you sleep this mean that you are removing all the energy
that is clinging into you, when you were busy at work you
met different types of people and interacted with them some of those people
imparted you with negative energy some

energy so taking a bath is easy way
to remove all the energy that attached to you

ancient times they used clean water and salt to clean all the negative energies
that around the body and leave you clean, sleeping with the energies that are
not yours leads to dreams at night and if the source of the energy is bad then
you are more likely to experience bad dreams

SOME HORROR MOVIES
Watching
movies that contain scary scenarios or bad events may lead to nightmare because
usually television can contribute to our dreams, so if what you watch is the
scary things then you are more likely to get scary dreams these dreams are just
the repetition of the things that you have been watching.
How to escape bad dreams
Take
a bath before going to sleep

bath will help you stay clean and pure and get rid of all the negative energy
that surround you

watching horror film
Just
watch some normal movies, horror film is not good especially for children, if
you don’t want to experience night mare then stop watching the horror movies.
Buy
new sleeping cloth and bed sheet
It
is better that you but the cloth that have never been used before, the cloth
the you interact with when you sleep will contribute to the dreams that you
get, if the cloth is unclean then you will experience bad dreams, if not then
you will experience some event that was done by the previous owner of that cloth
Stop
doing evil
Leave
your evil action that harm others, it is even better to change you action and
